Not all patients can be discharged 24 hours after surgery. Some surgeries might allow for a quick discharge, while others require a longer hospital stay for monitoring and recovery. The core business model of the startup is Economies of Scale which operates on a high-volume, low-cost performing a large number of surgeries and procedures, ee can reduce the cost per unit. This is similar to how manufacturing industries lower costs by producing at scale. We will be having highly specialized centers of excellence, particularly in cardiology , cardiac surgery and Oncology. This specialization allows for more efficient use of resources and better outcomes due to the focus on specific areas of medicine. Tiered Pricing employing a tiered pricing model to cater to different economic segments.
