Personalization helps businesses stand out and ensure increased customer satisfaction. But there's a problem with personalisation called the perception paradox - One user’s idea of personalization is another’s idea of intrusion. (what one person loves, another might find annoying) This makes it hard to get the right balance between personalized content and respecting people's choices. I think YouTube has been quite successful in solving the problem with personalisation with its algorithm. My question to you is - As a founder or someone working with a startup, how do you aim to tackle this problem?
