Given the current market competition, high acquisition costs, and other factors, the chances of Byju's revival seem slim. Who would want to revive it now? Their spending on brand endorsements and sponsorships was unnecessary. Instead, they should have reinvested that money back into the company. Prioritizing the payment of staff salaries and provident funds should have been their focus rather than extravagant deals. A more effective approach would have been to innovate in customer acquisition rather than pressuring existing ones, and to develop a robust content strategy. They should have focused on comprehensive research and restructuring their entire framework. Unfortunately, it now seems too late for such measures.
