Most incompetent folks won't understand that getting a job is more a function of talent, skill set , credibility and pedigree ( least important) Employers " don't care " which language you speak, which place you come from. Everyone wants to hire the best. Folks who are unemployed, should ideally assess their competency and try to get to the top 10% - instead of blaming others..
