It'd be hard to genralize. Suppose I haven't watched House of the Dragons S2E4. At the moment, Any Clip, Text, Image it'll be a spoiler for me, but as soon as I watch it, it's not longer a spoiler. I think to realize it, we'd need to build a BMI like neural link or something like that to have all the context.

Once watched user can change the settings also. While building hard tech can be beneficial but to test, it is needed or not in the first place simple filter will be better. If results are good and it seems profitable enough to invest on core tech just for one feature than only it will be worth it.
