Most spoilers are in the form of image or clip rather than text also defination of spoiler is different for people to people. Which makes this to be difficult feature to create. If something like have to develop it will act like filter where user will select what he consider to be the spoilers and everything related to it will be filter out.

It'd be hard to genralize. Suppose I haven't watched House of the Dragons S2E4. At the moment, Any Clip, Text, Image it'll be a spoiler for me, but as soon as I watch it, it's not longer a spoiler. I think to realize it, we'd need to build a BMI like neural link or something like that to have all the context.
