Marketing brands lik... • 21h

His boss is 20 years younger. His answer was perfect. I recently watched a clip of Chandan Mendiratta, the Chief Brand Officer at Zepto. The host asked him a question many people quietly fear. How does it feel to work under founders who are 20 plus years younger than you? Chandan smiled and explained it using a simple school level formula. v = u + at Most of us remember it from physics class. v is final velocity. u is initial velocity. a is acceleration. t is time. He said something very honest. His u might be higher than the Zepto founders. More years of experience. More reps. More exposure. But the founders have a much higher a. Their speed of learning. Their hunger. Their ambition. Their willingness to work day and night. When acceleration is higher, final velocity changes completely. Even if you start ahead, someone with higher acceleration will overtake you. That is exactly what is happening here. So age is not the real variable. Direction and speed are. Who you work with matters more than how old you are. Intent matters more than titles. Hunger matters more than years on a resume. Many people reject opportunities just because the founder is younger. They see age as hierarchy. But the market does not care about age. It only rewards output. Working with people who move fast will stretch you. Working with people who think big will pull you forward. Comfort comes from seniority. Growth comes from acceleration. That is the real lesson here. Age decides where you start. Acceleration decides where you end up.

India’s exports reaching $850 billion looks positive, but the 3% growth signals resilience more than acceleration. With rising protectionism, weaker global demand, and climate linked trade barriers, export growth is getting harder. What matters now

After 15 years of working remotely, here’s my biggest learning: discipline matters more than motivation. Motivation fades, discipline builds habits. Habits build businesses. What’s one discipline that changed your work life?
