Too much pride in the management. They don’t even take responsibility for the failures
Hardest lessons learned in the first 90 days (3-months) of building my startup-
1) Never trust anyone blindly. Not even your co-founders. Test their commitment and make sure everyone’s equity is vested over time including yours.
2) Don’t over opt
Reliance is diversifying too much and too fast. I know but ,its annoying. Now they are trying to compete with zerodha.
I hope they fall and someone self-made take their place
Bengaluru is getting insanely hot and humid. I never used to sweat here earlier. One of the prime reasons I used to take pride in this city was the weather and even that is getting bad now.
