Even when they already know where the conversation is going, they’re fully present. They don’t interrupt, they don’t rush to respond. They take it all in EVERY WORD quietly processing, sometimes even making mental notes and then, when they do speak, it’s calm, thoughtful, and hits the mark. Their words carry real weight because they’ve taken the time to understand, not just reply. tbh I’d love to build that habit too.
