Some of the smartest people I’ve met, whether in person or online, have this one thing in common: they really listen. Even when they already know where the conversation is going, they’re fully present. They don’t interrupt, they don’t rush to respond. They take it all in EVERY WORD quietly processing, sometimes even making mental notes and then, when they do speak, it’s calm, thoughtful, and hits the mark. Their words carry real weight because they’ve taken the time to understand, not just reply. tbh I’d love to build that habit too.

Being a founder isn’t just about pitching, coding, or selling. It’s about:- • Staying calm when things break. • Making decisions with 50% of the data. • Carrying the vision when no one else sees it. That’s the real startup grind.
