I actually used Snapdeal a fair bit back in 2014-15. Their frequent garden/electronics sales pulled me in before they lost the plot completely.

Ironically their focus on electronics, and their inability to capitalize on high-margin goods such as fashion and clothing, was the one of main reason for losing market share.
