First of all thanks for sharing ur idea , i appreciate ur doubt, but in such cases , usually government gives many tax incentives to encourage the development of renewable energy projects. Also u can make it a corporation, partnership , by collaborating... Also some companies use innovative financing models such as purchase agreements (PPC) , leasing arrangements, or cowfunding to fund renewable projects with significant upfront cost...
