Now a days most of the companies are hiring experienced candidates and freshers are not getting better opportunities .How freshers could gain experience if there is no chance? I felt that most of the companies are doing walkin drives as a part of their company promotion and not hiring anyone through that drive . why these companies are not valuing the time of others, Candidates from different locations reach at the company and getting cheated , no one is concerned about this. #standwithfreshers #fresherswantoppurtunities Comment your opinions.
