The companies layoff experience employee and at the same time the N no. Of freshers are completing their education and trying to get job so apparently market get disturbed i guess , cause the experience people need job and also freshers need jobs so obviously companies take a experience person rather than freshers .What is your thoughts on this?

It’s on the company when they have lesser resources they hire freshers and when they have enough resources to spurge on, they fire bottom floors and increase benefits for the executives and partner level employees.
