Question:- What should a company expect from a fresher? Answer:- Nowadays, companies Not expecting freshers itself! yes, Companies not hiring freshers for any role. expect AR caller, medical billing, kind of jobs. even though the fresher has 2 internships experience, several certifications regarding the field, Project experience, freelancing experience, great communication skills. (yes, I am the fresher searching job in digital marketing fresher role) Still it is not enough for these silicon valley companies. I am depressed about not getting a job , it's weird to be experiencing this kind of jobless shameful feeling even though you have all the skills and qualifications. May be I am wrong, My friends who are more skilled and knowledgeable are not getting jobs in their respective fields. Whom I should blame? this society or the education system or the popularity or Ghost recruitment trend or reference game or me(who tried all the possibilities to get a job)?
