I mean even I wouldn’t take the risk of getting a fresher in the first go, due to several reasons (amongst which some are mentioned already) but you can not trust your fresher hires from the get go, it takes time for them to understand the discipline, routine, the definition of structure and accountability. At the heart of it many things are beneficial about getting an experienced person on the team is suggestions during building and fundraising.
