Government Policies: Strong on Paper, Weak in Execution Namaste! I'm Utkarsh👋🫂, your younger brother sharing what I notice deeply. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was a brilliant initiative—villages were promised dustbins and battery autos to manage daily waste. Infrastructure was built, and local workers were hired. But on ground, Nothing moved. Garbage still lies on roads. Why? Because authority is given, but accountability is missing. Local hires often lack seriousness due to a "my area, my rules" mindset. No ownership and No discipline. We expect the government to solve everything, but rarely take responsibility ourselves. => Hybrid Hiring – Mix locals with outsiders. => Accountability Systems– No work? Action must follow. => Community Involvement– Change needs active citizens. Blaming isn't enough. Real change happens when we become part of the solution. jai hind🫡👍
