Do founders and recruiters lack the skills to identify potential talent for their organization? I'm saying this because most startup founders or recruiters in any company tend to hire experienced individuals or people from prestigious institutes only. My take is that they must be lacking the necessary skills and abilities to identify potential freshers who can contribute to their company. That is why they play it safe by hiring only already proven candidates. What's your opinion on this? If you have hired freshers or someone whose background is not so strong, how did you hire them? How did you know they would be valuable for your company, and how did you first meet them?
