GitHub repos and projects mean almost nothing without the ability to articulate your work. I've interviewed dozens of candidates with impressive repositories who couldn't explain a single line of their code during interviews. Technical skills are just 50% of the equation - communication, problem-solving, and cultural fit matter equally. Stop blaming the system and start preparing holistically.

Most companies looks up for what they want rather than focussing on what they got. Manytimes , mostly they get wonderful candidates who are profitable than the monetary profit itself in the long run of dynamic time but are rejected on the basis of not delivering small term petty profits or some mean greed or ego issues. You can't judge the book by its cover. You ought to explore the valuable coz valuables too grow with time & get upgraded with experience.

I'm going to say something controversial - most students complaining about not getting hired have mediocre projects and zero networking skills. A GitHub repo with three half-finished tutorials isn't impressive. Build something genuinely complex, contribute to open-source, attend tech meetups, create a strong LinkedIn presence. Crying about assessments won't get you hired; strategic skill development will.
