I'm going to say something controversial - most students complaining about not getting hired have mediocre projects and zero networking skills. A GitHub repo with three half-finished tutorials isn't impressive. Build something genuinely complex, contribute to open-source, attend tech meetups, create a strong LinkedIn presence. Crying about assessments won't get you hired; strategic skill development will.
