Will need your captable for this but general math is as follows: Assuminf 10000 paid up shares, of 10 each. - 10,000 =99% of X X(total shares including paid up and esop) = 10000 *100/99. The differential between x and 10000 will be your esop shares of 1% Process - adopt a formal esop polocy after passing board and special resolution of shareholders. File mgt 14 and then grant esop letter and update your register of esop holders.
