Strategy For Startup Growth— ( 7 ) “ Turn Your Product Into a Challenge " So guy's we all know that sometimes our product and everything in our startup is superior but still people are not recognising our product even they are not giving proper attention and that's why product retention rate decreased. Here comes “ challenge your customer ” strategy . This strategy used by many early stage startup like medial , GoPro , Amazon , Google , Lay's , apple , samsung etc Let's Take Example Of Medial — In early days medial challenge thier customers to write something unique about startup ecosystem like idea , news , thoughts etc and they give you rewards like hoodies , books , cash , certificate and etc . After this people giving extra attention and Medial customer retention rate increased and overall content quality improved also they organise many challenges . Go Pro also did same thing they challenge their customers to share unique moments of thier life with go Pro and get reward.
