This strategy used by many early stage startup like medial , GoPro , Amazon , Google , Lay's , apple , samsung etc Let's Take Example Of Medial — In early days medial challenge thier customers to write something unique about startup ecosystem like idea , news , thoughts etc and they give you rewards like hoodies , books , cash , certificate and etc . After this people giving extra attention and Medial customer retention rate increased and overall content quality improved also they organise many challenges . Go Pro also did same thing they challenge their customers to share unique moments of thier life with go Pro and get reward.
