Is Medial hitting a growth plateau? Every platform experiences a phase where growth shifts from exponential to linear. The real challenge is figuring out why—is it market saturation, lack of innovation, or weaker user retention? A product teardown would reveal: - User Retention & Engagement – Are users sticking around, or is churn increasing? - Feature Innovation – Has the product evolved, or is it losing relevance? - Market Positioning – Is it still solving a critical problem better than competitors? Is Medial at this stage, or does it still have room to scale? Curious to know your thoughts!
