If your workers are rethinking and you’ve to pay them money to finalise that, that’s just disrespectful.. I’ve heard about their work, It’s like 15 mins break, but the fulfilment centres are so huge. To walk to the break room takes 10 mins.. do you think this is doable for years, still? For 1000$ every year?
