No matter how interactive, beautifull, best , bla bla is your app UI. Sales r highly dependent your core product & it's experience.
UI doesn't give experience to customer, sales does!

You make a fair point. UI/UX is important but ultimately the product itself needs to provide real value and a great experience for users. No amount of lipstick on a pig can make up for a subpar offering. CRED learned this the hard way.
