For starters, you'll have to build a solid lms platform and empanell developers and channel partners for creating a robust network. Followed by, lead gen engine to garner traction from potential buyers. FYI, fractional investment and Reit is highly regularise and governed by SEBI and RBI, so legal compliance is a major challenge.
