U should have a good offer in your hand with more salary to say ur manager and tell them politely I have good offer I am switching to their.weather u may not wanted to switch but before negotiating for salary u should have other offer else u may get Less salary in other company coz salary depend on circumstances not hardwork or talent, the same job if u do from a foreign company remotely.. U will be paid very high
