Yeah that could help, I would also add and say make it very hard for recruiters and candidates to complete the account creation. If it is easy the problems are high. Make it a 1 or 2 weeks process by making some verifications and validations maybe.then I think the only real people care. Also what I said will also may go wrong with acquisition so take the decision wisely.
