Hey I'm planning on this so let me know ur views. Application kinda similar to job search apps but focus be on short term job/projects finding. It will be good for freelancers and people who like to jump jobs frequently. It can also help startups

Good one, but there are many trust issues with this thing. Mostly there will be remote jobs. But after work if they have not recieved the payment itvwill be a problem. So work on solving that. Also the problem even many unskilled people may also try to get the jobs. So it will be very hard for hrs and hirers to trust the app and the candidate. You should also concern about that as well.

Ikr theory me toh abnormalities ko eliminate karna easy hai but practical aspect me its difficult. Maybe security deposit/advance payment type thing can help abit with 1st problem. For 2nd Employeers can try interviewing ig ?! Maybe I can add zoom/ VC feature.
