1.Corruption has become norm in Indian society. We have to change that. 2. Increase the punishment. It should be public humiliation + death ( At least for big politicians ) 3. Publicly display how contracts and given. Make goverment more open to Public. You can't do all that with a startup ot something. You need to be in power for that. Or a revolution would suffice.
