1.Corruption has become norm in Indian society. We have to change that. 2. Increase the punishment. It should be public humiliation + death ( At least for big politicians ) 3. Publicly display how contracts and given. Make goverment more open to P

I think there are three ways only: 1)we should elect good strong and committed leaders only, 2) people should educate themselves and b wise, 3)their should be a huge demand from people itself for less/no curroption and people should participate in it actively, otherwise politicians don't do that unless their power is at risk.

1. And 2. Is impossible cause people are dumb and ill-informed. Ex. My uncle voted for bow symbol in election thinking he is voting udhav's candidate, in reality he voted for eknath's candidate ( bjp dal ) 3. Needs a social change. Currently they themselves are corrupt. Every goverment employee, every ias ips etc.
