Stricter laws and punishment. Like they won't be allowed to contest elections if they are corrupt or government jobs holder or higher authorities if they are corrupt their post will be taken and everything. Still if there are strong laws for this people can always find ways around the law. Here the lawyer and law needs to stand firm and not dwadle
