“Anti-Paper Leak Law” has been officially notified by the Government. It is called Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 and aims to achieve crackdown on organised crimes on entrances like NEET, NET, JEE, CUET etc. with stricter punishment and prolonged jail time of upto 10 years and fine of upto ₹1 Crore.
