Citizens can then track the progress, verify quality, and report any discrepancies they observe on the ground. The site would also serve as a complaint portal where people can raise issues related to corruption or mismanagement. This transparency will help senior officials monitor ground-level execution more effectively, ensure proper fund utilization, and give the public a direct channel to communicate with decision-makers.
