I'm actually really confused about this. I've tried researching about it, all suggestions are a little vague so to speak, what do suggest could be some things like fonts or platforms , which help you..or any of you guys toachieve that consistency?

For a unified UX, consistency in brand elements like story, theme, writing style etc with right touchpoints is basic. Branding has to be anchored around the viewer, who they are, what they want, what they like to feel etc. For me what matters most is the user perception, simplicity and the invoked emotions. Its better to develop brand guidelines and reflect over it

Regular training sessions or workshops can help educate teams on the importance of brand consistency and how to maintain it across different platforms, especially, single themed workshops, say based on projects, which not only engage teams, get different inputs from various dept. and there is a lot of new inspiration, I find as a leader.

You should stick to one color pallete only and try to use decent font and I think most important part is, maintaining the colour ratio, right colour at right place! Does magic.

In my opinion, consistency goes beyond logos, colors, and fonts. Paying attention to other design elements, such as shapes, imagery, and formatting, to ensure a unified brand representation goes a long way.
