Can you elaborate the 5th point more. I mean in this case it seems PMF was not properly established then how is hiring gone wrong?

Sure. So what actually happened is that at peak they had about 300 employees and when funding was easy. They begin to hire many people fast, so what happened is that they didn't hire the right candidate for the job and instead jus hired someone who was not actually fit for the job (not educationally but my their choice to work), so scince many employees weret good, they didn't did work properly and focused on money more, leading to bad product.
