I always wonder and it gives me some negative thinking, when someone says they are serving in just one company for years (14+ and so)..
In my opinion, I believe switching companies and roles is a sign of growth.

Reflecting on my college days, I can't help but miss the energy of student club engagement. The flow of innovative ideas and the excitement of preparing for our careers were truly special. It feels like that zeal can fade a bit in the corporate world
