Well it totally depends on person to person, but switching company can help you gain experience, and new connections. I really love the concept of Japan employees, they have this things that'll change the department of every employee in 3-4 yrss, it kinda helps them to gain multiple skills set .

It shouldn’t bother you. Yk why most don’t switch? Because of lesser risk appetite, this usually kicks in when one commits to a relationship (especially in a family-driven) situation. Now if you don’t have those ties, most of the urban Gen Z doesn’t Have those. So there’s a lot of chance to explore. From my personal experience i have avoided it (in my life) As I’ve seen my own father working for sbi for around 32 years. I can’t understand the thought process, but definitely one of them being, that pre-globalisation, the options were lesser and people were made to believe that one is supposed to give their lives for an org, which isn’t the case now. 😂
