Hello Folks, Recently my idea was shown some interest by one of the partners in Sequoia India (PeakXV) , thats when i started wondering. If we pitch the same idea to VCs in Valley and India, i am sure they offer more but how big is the difference and also should we take funding if we dont exactly need it. What are the Pros and Cons of VC? Any personally experiences would help.

Difference will be in the way you execute, the feeling of independence surely starts fading away when you need to note them down all your expenses like — back to fucking school. So if you think it’ll sustain without, definitely do, but if you think the timing is ripened and you need to pluck it (as in blitz scale) sure, go for it, but another thing, the valuation will remain more or less same, but the amount could be more with more small scale angels.
