Honestly i used to do this exact thing, while work was kind of getting done, humiliating wasn’t the best alternative (quality wise) What I’ve started now is rewarding myself, as i finish a certain Part of my day with a certain amount of work. I reward myself with a great, long documentary. While i relax and do other things, I’ll say it works pretty well
