𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸 !! I’ve had this habit for a long time: rewarding myself after completing a particular task. The reward can be anything that makes me feel satisfied, such as eating a favorite snack, watching a favorite episode, or indulging in any activity that I enjoy. If I’m working for, say, 10 hours, I take a break every 2.5 hours and reward myself This could involve watching an episode, talking to someone, reading a book, or engaging in another enjoyable activity I repeat this cycle every 2.5 to 3 hours, and to be honest, this method works wonders for me. It gives me the drive and motivation to work efficiently and for longer durations. Interestingly, research supports this approach, showing that reward-based methods can improve efficiency and help sustain productivity over extended periods. If you’re already practicing something similar, I’d love to hear your experience. If not, give it a try and let me know how it works for you
