We already doing 25 to 30% net margin and now we need to scale but some where we stuck .

I had MVP in B2B Logistics industry but the margins are very less only 5%. Can I go for this or try something to increase margins. Basically its a marketplace like uber for trucks but in B2B segments.

Is there any platform for selling and buying of raw materials for industries in bulk and at wholesale price? If there are any please mention we that are those? If there are none please tell why you you think there are none?

Retailers (general stores, small malls etc.) are not willing to give a space to our products even we tried to give them little higher margins. 😭 What shoul we do ..?? Please give your suggestion.
