In my pov these business are hair pins for already set hairs. Before them everything was going well, they came and now struggling. Every unorganised market can not be organised in one shot, startups like this have to give some balidaan like Paytm & BharatPE. They need to restructure their revnue model according to the local store owner's mindset, then make them stand on your feet then slowly climb the mountain. For that they need bahut hi jyada paisa because market is extremely big.

Most of the kirana store owner don't know how use technology. That's one of the big problem. We should focus on product base startup rather than service based. We have build such a product that helps kirana store owners in their business. Like UPI scaner , the speaker they have. Companies are taking monthly charges from their users directly from the bank account.

In India Kirana stores are built by trust not by tech and this needs be a main ingredient for these startups but the reality is these are burning money to focus on tech and marketing
