Most of the kirana store owner don't know how use technology. That's one of the big problem. We should focus on product base startup rather than service based. We have build such a product that helps kirana store owners in their business. Like UPI scaner , the speaker they have. Companies are taking monthly charges from their users directly from the bank account.
