True, It depends on how well can you crack the operations part of it. Just like Zepto did for hyperlocal delivery. It’s more like finding your PMF is not as simple as we can do it with product based ideas. I don’t see any issues with scalability with service based compared to product based as long as you have a correct understanding of your TAM. Operations intensive business models are innately hard to Replicate By the competitors.
