IT FEELS EASY TO EXECUTE SERVICE MODEL BUSINESSESS AS DURING IDEATION ONE CAN ONLY SEE THE IDEA & GOAL BUT ONCE YOU DIVE IN YOU GET TO KNOW THE RRAL PROBLEMS WHICH HAVE ALMOST JO SOLUTION OR A SOLUTION WHERE YOU JAVE TO COMPROMISE YOUR PROFITS OR SERVICES ( I FEEL SO). True, It depends on how well can you crack the operations part of it. Just like Zepto did for hyperlocal delivery. It’s more like finding your PMF is not as simple as we can do it with product based ideas. I don’t see any issues with scalability with service based compared to product based as long as you have a correct understanding of your TAM. Operations intensive business models are innately hard to Replicate By the competitors.

Product or Service based business each have its pros and cons. Like you said for product based you need to crack production, efficiency & distribution and 90% of work is done. But these things are not anything remotely easy. Also Product based business generally cost more money to start since you need to stablish all the this which you said. While service based business have its own issues. I don't think anyone is superior or inferior to other. One should choose what they can do. Btw you wrote your whole post in capital letter which is kinda uncomfortable to read. Try distributing long post into small paragraphs and use capital only where it is needed.
