NOWDAYS EVERYONE IS GETTING SERVICE BASED BUSINESS IDEAS...BUT EVERYONE FROGETS HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO EXECUTE THESE KIND OF BUSINESS & TO SCALE IT AS WELL....IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO SCALE & WITHOUT SCALE ONE CANNOT GET POTENTIAL REVENUE FROM A SERVICE MODEL BUSINESS...PRODCUT BASED BUSINESS ALSO HAVE LIMITATIONS BUT ONCE YOU CRACK THE PRODUCT & PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY & DISTRIBUTION...90% PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED & BECOMES EASY TO BOOK PROFITS & SCALE UP. IT FEELS EASY TO EXECUTE SERVICE MODEL BUSINESSESS AS DURING IDEATION ONE CAN ONLY SEE THE IDEA & GOAL BUT ONCE YOU DIVE IN YOU GET TO KNOW THE RRAL PROBLEMS WHICH HAVE ALMOST JO SOLUTION OR A SOLUTION WHERE YOU JAVE TO COMPROMISE YOUR PROFITS OR SERVICES ( I FEEL SO). BUT IF YOU CRACK EXECUTION IN THESE BUSINESSES YOU COULD RULE THE MARKET.... IT IS EASY TO GET SERVICE MODEL IDEAS AS WE MAYBE DO WORK OR PROVIDE SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT & PRODUCT BUSINESS IS SOMETHING WHERE ONE NEEDS R&D AND ALSO PRODUCTION & IMPORTANTLY A PHYSICAL PRODUCT.

It is advised in business that " differentiate first your product or service and then scale later". Because after scaling if we want to differentiate then it is tough and if we scale without differentiation then there is lot of cashburn required.
