I have an Idea to make a ride hailing service platform with Electronic rickshaws for both consumer and business logistics which will cater to the following problems Lack of Mobility and Transport platform for E-Rickshaw Drivers to have a good relationship with the fast growing Consumer Tech World which could provide them a increased earning potential if they earn from both online and offline channels No Standard Rates are set for the Consumers to travel and goods to be transported Vacant Rickshaws create chaos on roads and unemployment Less Logistics Options for small businesses so most of them use E-Rickshaw Customers will be Charged a fare based on the Distance , Time etc and a very nominal amount of rupees 2 as platform fees . Drivers will be charged a fees of rupees 40 per day and there will be a trial period for the drivers for first 18 days to use our platform Vision We want to be First Brand thought for consumers if they think of E-Rickshaw.Eg- Cab=Ola,Uber Bike=rapido

This market is very unorganised it will take immense time and investment to make it shoot even it doesn't shoot. There was a startup name OYE! But no idea what happened

You have to make a algorithm model for fair price according to distance travelled. It may need some initial investment and there are many leagal issues to face. Watch the Super Pumped to know more about initial days of Uber. You will get a initial idea how they get started.
