How after sale service do you expect in home appliances products { Mobile , TV , AC , Washing Machine, Fridge etc } in under warranty period?

So after Ola / Uber - Even Flipkart does that ? 🔥 Maybe because of different tax cut Google play & App store .

It is advised in business that " differentiate first your product or service and then scale later". Because after scaling if we want to differentiate then it is tough and if we scale without differentiation then there is lot of cashburn required.
