It is advised in business that " differentiate first your product or service and then scale later".
Because after scaling if we want to differentiate then it is tough and if we scale without differentiation then there is lot of cashburn required.
What business idea do you guys have? Tell me, let me see how good it is, we will scale it further and if it is good then we will start a startup, I will invest 50% and stay with you till the end!

I think we should copy Oyo this time because unmarried couples are not allowed in Oyo but we can open a hotel in which 18+ couples can stay And we can also differentiate the rates within it, like if Oyo's per hour is 500 then we will keep it for 300
