I'm new here and seeing many posts related to AI. But my post is not related to it 🙃 Indian car brands - TATA & MAHINDRA. They are now in top race in the market. But their after sales service is still lagging behind foreign companies like Suzuki & Hyundai. Is it because of lack of trained mechanics? Or is it because of not dealerships/service companies not following proper guidelines before repairing car? Comment your opinions.

The difference is between the services are Suzuki and hyundai prepared the car for passenger and own use vehicle in same class and the service parts and stations increased accordingly over a period of time but Tata and Mahindra they entered the game of selling personalised car later because they focused on cheaper service and prices more and for commercial purpose this lead in lagging of after sales services
