I had seen a same issue thing and hour ago. apple app store and google play store charges cut same 30 percent. this is app mindset having iphone means the person is rich.so they do this. 🚨 happened to u? uber charges more when your phone at low battery

It's probably a violation of consumer laws but to be very honest the demarcation from a business standpoint does make sense because they clearly distinguish between abilities/willingness to pay.
